This program is offered through the ESC Region 20 Managed Adobe Account, providing schools and districts with specialized pricing and dedicated support from the ESC-20 team. If your campus does not independently meet the 100-seat minimum required for affordable education software, this is your answer.

Named User Licensing

Named User licensing is the default and most popular method for deploying Adobe Creative Cloud and Document Cloud. This model is designed for a 1:1, network-connected environment where licenses are assigned to a specific individual rather than a machine.

Full Portability
Because the license is tied to a person, users can sign in and use their software on any device—including school computers, home desktops, and mobile tablets.

Cloud Services
This is the only licensing method that includes access to cloud storage, Adobe Fonts, and mobile-integrated workflows.
Personalized Experience: It provides end-users with full functionality and personalized settings across all available applications based on your organization’s entitlements.

Shared Device Licensing

Shared Device licensing is a method specifically targeted at educational institutions where software is assigned to a physical device instead of an individual.

Lab Environment Ready
Anyone who logs onto the assigned device will have access to Adobe’s products and services.

Machine-Based
This model is not intended for single-owner or 1:1 laptop initiatives. It is the ideal solution for institutionally owned machines in high-traffic areas accessed by multiple users, such as computer labs, libraries, or media centers.

No Personal Cloud Access
Please note that Shared Device licenses generally do not include individual cloud storage or personalized mobile app access.
