The Culinary Support Services supports school food members by providing culinary training sessions. ESC-20’s professionally trained Chef will provide culinary techniques and demonstrations that lead to healthy, nutritious, and delicious meals for students, while helping members utilize USDA foods to save on food costs. The goal is to provide a comprehensive approach to health and nutrition, while elevating the quality of school meals.

Culinary Support Services features instruction and on-hands technical assistance for Child Nutrition staff to elevate their Child Nutrition programs in effort to improve student health and academic success through providing healthy, nutritious and delicious meals at schools.
