"As a district coordinator, being part of the Region 20 GT Cooperative has been valuable for the continuous improvement of our Gifted/Talented services. The cooperative provides access to high-quality professional learning, expert guidance on TEA compliance, and a network of like-minded professionals who are dedicated to advancing gifted education. Through Region 20’s support, our district has gained critical insights into best practices for identification, service design, and curriculum differentiation. The cooperative's professional learning sessions and resources help me ensure that our district remains aligned with state expectations while also fostering innovation in how we serve gifted learners. The collaborative nature of the cooperative allows me to engage with other GT leaders, share challenges, and find solutions that directly impact our students and teachers. The Region 20 GT Cooperative is more than just a resource - it’s a partner in advocating for and enhancing gifted education in our district."
