ESC-20’s Library Services Cooperatives provide participating districts with access to a variety of resources and services designed to support instruction across all content areas, along with targeted assistance for library staff and supervisors.
Library Resources Cooperative (For Public School Districts and Open-Enrollment Charter Schools)
Membership includes:
  • Access to TexQuest digital subscription resources for eligible participants.
  • Professional development sessions covering best practices in school libraries, instructional support, and emerging trends.
  • Discounted registration for the annual Library Resource Conference.
  • 6 hours of customized library-related professional development (PD) or technical services per year, which may include:
    • Library program development and strategic planning.
    • Book collection development and organization.
    • Library layout, space utilization, and furniture setup.
